★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff behavior is such pathetic and Manerless, they even are not aware what kind of passengers they are filling in bus. Smoking cigarettes and beedi in front of ladies inside the bus. Don't the staff have aware that ladies are also boarded in bus. If your seats are not filling please dont fill such a low quality crowd just for the sake of Money. Staff behavior is ridiculous, no manners how to talk with Ladies
And how yousr staff is allowing autowalas to enter into bus for sawari at dropping point.
Dhariwal travels out from my list. Shame.

anyone who wish to travel with non AC sleeper can go for it for sure driver as well as all staff were very nice?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ UNSAFE NEVER TRAVEL WITH DHARIWAL. I booked mt ticket to Mumbai from Indore. Total travel time is max 12 hours till Andheri. The bus driver took another route before Dhule instead of the highway. He travelled on the village route for almost 2 hours. It is so unsafe any dacoit can loot your bus or harm you. Please dont risk your lives by traveling with Dhariwal. They are not honest with you with the route &timing. When i asked about why he took the village route, he replied borders are closed. Seriously we aren't that dumb. PLEASE DONT RISK YOURS AND YOURS LOVED ONES LIVES.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhariwal peoples are just playing with there customers. They are just giving fake commitments. We book a bus through this travel agency. They ensure that bus picked us form ujjain at 3.15 pm but the bus reached here at 5 o clock....
And my complete mood and plan was spoiled by these travel agency.... Fake peoples..... Please do not plan any trip through dhariwal travel agency....

No proper facilities available,
Aminities are only to show at time of booking
No television working, no 3pin charging slot (laptop charger not available)
Bus driver was rude.
Only the bus is good from outside. One u get inside u will get to know the reality..
Not upto mark.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst services I've ever experienced during my travelling history. It is totally opposite from what they mentioned on their website.
Major issue is of hygiene, seats are dirty like anything, in gallery they are filling the passengers like general compartment of train. There is no punctuality, it took almost 3 hours late due to which I got late for my office. When I asked the staff l, they said timing got revised but it is not yet updated. How would be able to know it as we are booking online ticket as per the data available online.
I would not suggest anyone to book Dhariwal travels atleast for your safe and healthy journey. Rest depends on you.
