★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a newly constructed building with AC room accomodation. This is neatly maintained and we'll constructed with ample ventilation and greenery. Balaji temple is little far from these rooms, but there will be free bus shuttle runs on specific schedule from these rooms. Anyone with their own vehicle then it will be much more comfortable. Hot water for bathing will be available all the time and drinking water will be available on corridor of each floor. There is a Kalyana Mandapam located opposite to this accommodation complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We went to dwaraka tirumala to give my sons hair, but there was big queue near the temple, someone suggested we take a room here and the hair cutting service is provided here. The room service was good with hot water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is so pleasant and peaceful to stay with good maintenance and hygiene. There are bothe ac and non AC rooms here. We had ac room there and stayed for 1 day and night.

Staff will only give AC room even though they have non AC rooms.
No hot water facility in room even after paying 950/- for room.
Beds are really bad and pillow covers are too bad.
Better book the rooms online.
