★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Extremely horrible service. The car was trash. Broken window, water came in. The car broke down after we took it. Because they hadn’t filled coolant properly and i was blamed for it, and they didn’t refund the deposit on time. They deducted money for something they messed up. The car was check when we returned it, but apparently a pipe burst later. And i was held responsible. Extremely illogical and rude people. Don’t ever go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These people are highly unprofessional they will give you wrong terms and conditions. While taking car we have clearly told the car manger that we can extend... At that time he was okay and their were no extra charges but later on in between trip he called us for extra charges that too doubling the rats and people managing in Jabalpur is highly unprofessional. Not even this we booked for Swift desire but he provided us other car that too not in good condition also he given us car very late around 2 pm where as we booked for early morning 6 am... I am a traveller and i have seen this type of wrong attitude and behaviour 1st time in life.
