★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We first availed the service on December 23, 2019 for outstation trip, after reading the reviews, from Bhopal to pachmadi churna...for three nights stay.
The first thing that delighted us was a clean, well maintained cab, with all the comforts.
The driver was professional, knew his way well, and was driving safe. Safe driving was a key concern for us with two little kids.
During the stay, the driver never bothered us, and was promptly available to help when needed.
Those were the times, when MP was facing communal unrest...and on the day of our return the situation was extra sensitive. Even mobile internet was blocked and google map was not working.
However, driver knew the routes well, and got us home safely, even as certain key routes were blocked and traffic was piling up.
We were happy to reach home early and safe, as we were worried about the kids.
Since the we have often used the service even for local travel, and are happy to say that the standards are maintained.
They will stay committed to the agreed the rate and never haggle or harass you.
In times of Corona a Well maintained hygenic car and professional driver is a bonus.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They sent a old car which got punctured four times, also the driver was very unprofessional. The operator doesnt care about the passenger time and left us half the way without arranging any alternate option. I will not recomment Forever travels for any kind of booking for cars. Also they have not refunded the booking amount. Very unprofessional experience.
