β β β β β Don't rely on Zoomcars Bhopal. They have cancelled my booking 3 times for 3 different cars in past 4 months, every time the reason is same "that the clutch broke down" and they can provide me a Creta which is parked in BHEL colony and that is a contract Car. I can understand that the dealer may using the car as personal Taxis but not sure why Zoomcars is not taking any action on Habibganj Railway station dealer. Totally Fake don't make any bookings with them. You will end up with keep calling Zoomcars for refund. The Dealer is total Fraud and the Conditions of cars is unhygienic and Very dirty.

β β β β β I wish i could give zero star.... all other reviews are fake which give them 5 stars... i returned the car they said they will refund my deposit .. it has been 7 days and tey didnt return me.. on the 3rd day they have charged me 4000 more for some damage.. whereas i have sent them photos of the car before nd after.. i have also made a video of b4 and after . I have called customer care several times they say it would take 48 hrs more. I dont know what to do.

β β β β β Quite good experience, Iβm using zoomcar since 2019 in bhopal and never faced any issue except refund issue in 2020-21 and now I think they resolve it, now you book car at zero security deposit and refund of bills were made on time( Atleast in my case)
Overall a good experience,
Last thing I would like to add, they probably increase their hygiene issues thats all
