★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Does your newly appointed Security Agency's Guards knows about, how to behave with a visitor who is delivering the items frequently to the apartment residents?
1) When my staff was entering his details in visitor's register to deliver the item ordered by one of your flat owner.
2) He saw other Delivery person entered the apartment without entering his details, I think residents of this apartment should be little more careful for their own safety.
3) If your security guards behavior can't be changed, then as a vendor, we have to stop providing delivery services.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have stayed here for 6 months my experience was worst . There are no of problems here to be listed mainly
1. Network Issue.
2. Swimming pool was not cleaned for more 3 months.
3. Car parking.
4. Water prices unit cost are too high.
5. No door for the garbage room, so that Mostique are there.
6. Dust problem for road side facing flats.
7. Too much pigeon comes so that small insects are there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place to live peacefully, lot more people with social responsibility, well planned apartment, proper ventilation, spacious common areas within the apartment, a lot of requests are reaching to have one flat on rent or purchase.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Decent appartment with all basic amenities, peaceful surrounding and good community. Swimming pool and play area for children are available.Bit difficult to get autos or cab. Better to have personal transportation.
