★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dhawalgad is a small fort near saswad.
To reach Dhawalgad, you can take bike uptill 70 cent of the hill, rest you need to walk some stone carved steps to the top. If coming by car., park your car where tar road ends and walk for 10-15 min till top. There is a lord hanuman idol.
There is a lord shiva temple at the top, plus one can see 2 water tanks near it.
Nothing much to see apart from a section of fortification wall and a broken door.
One can walk till flag post to get a better view of the surrounding.
