★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have been using this helpline since over a month. My area is prone to frequent power outages. And this helpline has always been there to receive complaint and then forward to their technical team. And almost always my complaint has been resolved. Great service. Good staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am a resident of C2 block palam vihar. My house number is 1308. Since last few days there is no power during night time. We have been calling DHBVN people but the response is very very slow. All the distribution boards are crying and are in very bad shape in C2 block. I would request DHBVN officials to take a note of this and resolve the power supply issues in C2 block of palam vihar.

I asked and reached out their office so many times just to generate my electricity bill but inspite of filing multiple complaints, they havent not provided / generated as per meter unit after payment on 10/10/19 by Gurgaon (G-11) despite my repeated complaints through various chennals.I being the BSF person who always defended the motherland on international India Pakistan border round the clock leaving family in far flung area. As such problems must be resolved on priority basis as per direction of GOI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Firstly they dont register the complaint,n when with difficulty you are lucky enough to get it registered,they close it by self without even visiting the site,forget about resolution. What kind of governance is thete in Gurgaon. No accountability it all. No one to listen. We need change badly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sorry state of affairs the electricity board in Gurgaon is pathetic.. Frequent power cuts is an understatement 8 hour long power cuts..!! I don't know what the hell they are doing the light comes for 5-10 mins and then goes for an hour or so..
If you can't manage a simple service shutdown the entire grid and burn it down, useless fellows working in DHBVN the senior officials should resign and be sued left right and centre..
What if somebody was using a medical equipment how would that be managed with such pathetic power supply.. One of the many charms of the poorly planned city of Gurgaon long and frequent power cuts..
