★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One has to approach this office for getting correction done in case there is some discrepancy is there in electric bill. Very less space for parking on road side. One has to go to first floor, steps are steep and so difficult for aged people to reach. Staff is not customer friendly. One has to run from one counter to another counter. So patience is very much required for getting your work done. No provision for drinking water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Simply the staff here is comparatively nicer than DHBVNL Office Sec-18, but still they sometimes opens late and closes early, i don't know why. The LED lights retailer outside is not there most of times, comes for only few hours. I've been here just for two times, and supposedly let me do hassle free bill payment.

Most of the time electricity has been disconnected infact today since 3 p.m there is a powercut and I am writting this 10.pm.
