A bunch of highly unresponsive, irresponsible and ill-mannered staffs who are good for nothing but to shout at their customers for no reasons, and never pay heed to their requests, complaints, feedbacks etc. God forbid if even an enemy have to visit this ridiculous office.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have no electricity in my house for last three days. On Dhbvn help no. On what's app lodged complain three times. Each time a no. Is given and after two hours a message comes that your complain has been resolved. Very pathetic state in this smart City faridabad. Why I gave one star because it wouldn't let me post my views otherwise. Contacted JE also but didn't help. Considering going to higher office but I know result will be same. Faridabad sucks

Please don't cut electricity because we face many problem.....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHVBN seems like a lost cause now. No service improvements over the years. Terrible service in Faridabad. They are only punctual when it comes to the monthly bill generation at our residence otherwise electricity distribution and service is below third class.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service we are getting from them, as they are government employees we can't expect that they will do their work with honesty and with dedication. I requested them to change the connection to another pole but they gave an excuse and didn't change the wire connection due to there being no electricity for the last 20 hours and we are hopeless.
