★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pathetic services.....line men drink and sleep and do not resolve...cheap materials used in hence lines bursts due to heavy load....transformers are cheap ....the electricity board employees gulp the funds and use cheap materials to repair so they get damaged again and everyday electricity issue is created ....lazy line men....pathetic service....this should not be considered as metro it should be considered as village as rightly stated and changed the name as GURU GRAM.....LOL....SAD SAD SAD.

I waited for one and a half hours from 09.30 am to 11 am. Not even a single person was there. There wasn't even a notice. It was a working day ie 30-04-2021 , only the person who receives cash was there & was not interested in talking about anything. He was quite rude for a public servant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst service dbvhn. In winter they provide 24/7 power but when we need in summer they daily cut the power for 3-5 hrs in palam vihar extension.
Worst experience with dbvhn.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There service is totally worst , everyday light goes and comes at lighting speed , voltage gets too high and too low at a scale drop.
Hope they will listen and resolve this brazen problem!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mrs.sangeeta duave of sector 18 is no cooperative and understand any problem. She has no sense how to talk with senior citizen. She is so rudely. I visited so many times .she is holiday or anything . Where should I go .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst phase of supplying electricity. Pathetic service. Electricity goes off more than 5 times a day. My village is better than Gurgaon electric power supply. I tried calling and complaining many a time but no response at all. Local people are not interested to resolve this at all. If you are looking a get a rent or buy property please avoid Gurgaon unless you have your own power backup.
