Guys this is important!
Please read it carefully
It is the matter of your career.
There is no coordination between floor manager and Human Resource department..
Hr department are sending recruited person to the floor and the floor manager is saying that there is no vacancy in this department , you may leave .
They will let you waiting for 6-7 hours and will tell you to come next day.
Also , after whole process of selection , they will decrease your salary saying that this is the maximum we can offer …
I personally wasted my 10 days with this company … mainly the HR department is sooooo lazy and they keep on manipulating you .
This company made me hate my those precious days I wasted on them

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This company is good for freshers to join because education qualification is 12th only and with job experience also they hire but working hours are not good, they took very tight working to the employees also salary package is not good it is 9k to 10k.
But if you are a fresher and in hardly need of job can join this company to take work experience.

If you are already working in OPO then you know about all thinks like me in the other hand if you are want to join OPO then this is the right place where you looking for. The nature of the staff like HR, TL, AM and also SM are very supportive and Understanding.

I came here For a job and my joining was also
Done But after 5 days Complete my training they told me now We no need more candidates without any reason. after that argument they told me if you want to work with 18CTC then join otherwise go. And they didn't give my 5 days payout And guys without any reason salary was deducted H.Rmanagement And some process TL/QA team also bad management without any reason they will Remove you after 5 months complete your job
So friends I recommend Everyone Not to be work here very very bad management fake company sooo Don't go This company . I have
Aslo voice recorder of HR .
