★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't know how it is called a BPO. Infrastructure wise it's a big "Zero", they claim to be a international BPO but the crowd they hire is not even good for domestic process. I have worked with this organisation for 1.5 months as they got a voice process and the crowd they hired was so unprofessional and then came the amazing shocker where the management was also unprofessional and have no experience of running a BPO specifically voice process. This is the most unprofessional BPO I have ever worked in. Because of the relaxed attitude from management they lost the business within 2 months of getting it and eventually they had to fire every single employee who was hired for voice process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The receptionist has no sense of speaking. she sounds uneducated and should be kicked out of the company. I would write about the company on Twitter but nobody actually cares about it anyway. It has no value of treating former employee with respect. I have called numerous times to speak to the accounts team but they all seem very busy. They have illiterates from the lower hierarchy to the very top. I'm giving the company one star because I still have very close friends that work there. I hope Omni treats them with respect.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not a professional company. Treating employees as animals. I have given interview here and got selected. After submission of documents and negotiation on salary HR replied after 1 month that position is on hold, although I have accepted another offer from a good company. But this process is not good. Even nobody can bring their mobile phones with them inside the company.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I joined this organization as an international bpo and once I entered into the premises they took my phone in outside the admin area. I found that this international bpo is good for nothing also i believe that the atmosphere of the company is not matching with the level of any domestic bpo itself. The seniors are trying to prove their seniority without any reason. They point out any of the employee and don't focus on every employee properly. I felt that management was not responsible as er the level of international bpo. Salary is too low for experienced person.. It's really painful to work for 9 hours and get a low amount of salary. For freshers, it might be a good company but I don't think that they could realise the work pressure of other offices.
