Hello every one, my name is Jeeson – I joined 1Point1 in the year 2018 - The career advancement here at 1point1 has been wonderful for me. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Selection through agent (mostly).
2. Salary means deduction. A lot many deductions are done with your salary and rest will be in your pocket (i.e nothing).
3. Job pressure is too much (i was in sales).
4. Way of communication is so bad that they can abuse you.
5. No cab facility.
6. Good for fresher. (Not even too good).
7. No fix time for log off. (That manager/TL will decide when to go).
8. Here incentives means a joke.
9. Traing quality is very poor.
10. Overall rating as per my experience is 1/10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad exprience i get a call for interview from noida they provide job by taking money and make environment by providing job call letter ,money refund,after a month increase in salary ,provide home etc.no one refuse this offer and make you accepting job offer inRs. 2100 they provide a address and helpline no. ask to go after a month on that address for job training when you go to address for job training they ask for another interview after interview they waited you for half an hour and said all the vacancies are full thus they cheated you by taken money from you and no job delievered
