★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thoroughly enjoyed my trip from Chennai to Kodaikanal with Travel O Touch. They made my journey memorable. It was very economical, reliable and trustworthy. Only issue I had with the return bus from kodai to Chennai by Shama Sardar Travels, where the bus is not provided with minimum facilities of AC and charging point. Except this the trip is very memorable with Travel o Touch. Team please refrain booking seats through Shama Sardar Travels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im giving 5Star to TraveloTouch as far as their followup and service is concerned. But local driver (Mr. Gajraj) was very rude and arrogant. Driver plays an important role in any trip so you (TraveloTouch) need to keep this in mind and ultimately it will suffer your image unnecessary due to third party.
First2,3days he was ok but after that he started behaving very rude and Impatient. He even started misbehaving with my family.
Apart from Driver, everything was properly co-ordinated and arranged as per the itinerary. Mr. Manoj Bishnoi was very helpful everytime.
So overall it's 4Star from our side ?

The driver assigned to us, Mr. Mani was really polite and humble. All the arrangements were super smooth and hassel free. Mr.Manoj was really supportive the whole time. Great arrangments at reasonable rates.

Manoj Ji very nice arrangement.
It was good and hassle free. the agents arranged the trip nicely considering us being senior citizens. Package included tempo traveller from Bangalore to Coorg, Ooty, Kodaikanal to Coimbatore tempo traveller was in good condition the Lokeshbhai(driver) was good and polite, Three star hotel stay in every place was good.
Best Travel company taking care of our all travel needs this company is safe and helping to get life time memories achievement even process of booking is also very smooth and easy ,Manoj ji called every day & staying in touch.
