★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the most unprofessional company I have ever worked with is Globiva could only survive for 2.5 months , I joined Globiva had a good image however when I hit the Sales floor It was disaster people are being exploited like a slaves.
Assistant Manager and Senior Managers are cheating with client and behaves very rudely with the fellow employees.
Even HR team doesn't bother to help the employees.
I am the evidence and caught AM (Manish Thakur) and Sr. Manager (Yaman Sahab) are actively involved in making fake sales (fake sales happening on CPP floor. I have seen 1 verifier in front of eyes they are doing confirmation on IVR on behalf of customers without customer consent which is totally illegal and fraud) and cheating with the clients"
@Bajaj Clients- Look into this.
If I had to rate this company I would rate worst company non employee friendly.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you think you can grow its not possible in this company because they will only promote there close ones and for that also you need to give atleast 2 3year and if you are joining as a fresher you will get only 12k to 13k and if you are experienced you will get last 18k to 20k with over 2year job experience and incriment is very low even after a year only 500 to 1k will increase i have worked with this company in cpp process when i was fresher and low class company with low class team leader and management is 0 so its better do not go into this and personal life will be disturbed because you will have to work alot in very low payee so better go for any big company like FIS Accenture cnx or amex am also working with cnx with very salary and i am happy rest do not go if you want a good salaary 0 star company? rest choice is yours

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company. They treat you like animals. They won't tell you proper details about the company. You can't take an extra minute for your break otherwise you have to do overtime. Salary was same for fresher and for experienced and its too less. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
