★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bad experience. Went for doing courier to Dubai ... told me charges as Rs 3300 ... when i declined due to high charges, they offered discount of 20 pct ... was surprised as never expected any bargaining at such a reputed courier agency ... left without transacting any business

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL is efficient and trust worthy. The outlet here is small, but provides most common logistical services you would want. Hand sanitizers are provided as you step in. The AC conked off nearly a year ago but hasn't been repaired. So be ready to sweat it out while your work is being done. I had to send a parcel internationally with a lot of little items, so I had to stand for over an hour without AC or a chair to sit on. I'd suggest you to call first and clear your doubts before going there instead of waiting there. You will have waiting times outside the shop, mostly for the previous customer to finish (Usually a 10-20 min wait).
