★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No proper feedback from representatives attending the call. Whenever we call toget a docket traced, the reply is System is not working or Call on Customer Care. I don't understand when on tracking over net, the status shows that the parcel is at Indore Office, what's the problem in giving status for the parcel. it takes hardly a minute to inform the customer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The office was very emmaculate and had perfect precautions along with this ,they also were very professional in their manner of dealing with sensitive items and I would highly recommend for anyone who is wishing to safely parcel mobile phones , to use DHL , they were very upfront that they do not have any insurance policy but are confident of their capability of delivering the product.
