★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They are expensive then others but then they are dependable. Good experience and feel of the process to book the consignment / courier. The tracking on the portal is also quite updated and seldomly it is devoid of information updates.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ we sent one courier for express delivery and it never reached destianation. their tracking showed that it was delivered. 5 complaints and 24 hours later they delivered the shipment. And this time their website showed that our office was closed so they could not deliver. All lies. They took money for express. delivered late. and then on top of that lies, lies and damn lies....and yeah, customer service is the worst you can ever experience. avoid until you dont find any other courier service for your destination...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slow and inefficient staff. I mean how long does it take for data entry to receive a parcel. Have had to wait outside (due to COVID restrictions) while he attended another customer for at least 30 mins on both occasions. Thank god people aren’t lining up outside due to their exorbitant prices. Have had two unsatisfactory experiences here. 1st was an international package of medicines. I was told normally it takes a week but expect delivery in 5 days. Countless phone calls later the package had to be picked up from DHL offc after a month!!! 2nd time around the person was adamant on original invoice and prescription for over the counter medicines (I had given him copies as is required for shipment of medicines.) I eventually managed to dispatch the meds from another branch of DHL who promptly received the parcel.
I would strongly advise against using this branch for any work. Never visit the 100 ft road branch of DHL. The place deserves to be SHUT down for its incompetence.
