Please do not use apple courier service for your foreign parcel /shipment .Owner in Ahmedabad PAWAN is very rude and he will not response if you call from USA . We are trying since December to resolve our damaged shipment issue but he stop responding phone calls. Please thing twice before using their service.
Their service is horrible . They are not sending shipment directly to your place from Ahmedabad .
Shipment from Ahmedabad they sent to middle man called HARPITSINGH in NYK. He will rebook your shipment with UPS to local delivery in USA.
Our recent experience we had a shipment in December2015 received in damaged condition approached UPS for claim . UPS denied to disclose shipment damaged claim details to us reason shipper HARPIT is not allowing to inform claim status to the end customer . So here middleman is taking claim amount from UPS and not forwarding to the customer for damaged shipment.

very poor packaging and I received 30% damaged item . i call to apple express they did not give me appropriate answer.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They forgot to remove a few dairy items before checking and when the customs in Austria found some items in the box he instructed to destroy all animal items including a coat. He sent images of this email to us on whatsapp and instantly deleted them. The item removed from the box were not returned to us. They didn’t even care to inform that a few items were taken out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is worse courier service. They come to you and shows professional packing and charge accordingly. But you received different box of package. Never ever use this courier again. Lack of packing experience, cant even bother to put fragile lable on fragile cargo. Received damaged parcel and when called as expected answer, was not our fault. Useless, unreliable, unexperience, unethical, and lists go on.... ... PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COURIER. NEVER USE THIS COURIER
