I was shifting, so had to send eight boxes of carton to my home. They sent someone with boxes to pack and collect. He packed all my stuff in 8 boxes small and large. Whereas only 6 boxes reached my home. What they did was opened the boxes at their warehouse and transferred the materials to a bigger box. This is totally unacceptable. How can someone open my parcel without my permission.
While i packed the stuff in boxes. I took care to place certain items certain way like glass in between clothes, shoes on top and like that. They opened the boxes and placed stuff randomly anything, anywhere. Everything i sent reached home in a very bad condition. Most of the things were not even usable anymore.
I have never had such a bad experience transporting my stuff. Pathetic and disgusting.

My mom parcel few things from my hometown having appx 8kg. They provided receipt for that and didnt mention weight for the parcel.And they charged minimum for 10kg. It is ok to charge for 10kg rather than charge for 8kg but must be write on receipt and pass the clear message that you will charge for 10kg.Not professional.

The parcel was collected on time as expected and arrived the following day at the destination. Feedback on the status of the delivery was provided throughout. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service experience. My courier delivered10 days late. It had some fragile glass objects and they delivered broken, they didn't even put the sticker for fragile objects on the box. They are non responsive and non professional. Worst courier service.
