★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Inefficient staff.. In spite of having 2 to 3 attendants in the store they take such a long time to attend to each of the customers.. Will keep us waiting for so long.. Especially in these Covid times when its not advisable to spend more time in confined public places..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A fancy restaurant without any good taste to the food, same here I call it a fancy medical store without any medicines. It's a karan Johar kind of a movie, too much branding, show off but inside all empty. Absolutely disappointed. For ppl who r reading, there is 'care first' medical store nr gala gardenia. Never came empty handed frm tat shop...... Apollo It's a revenge.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good place to buy authentic medicines. Staff is customer friendly and well versed. They get the medicines which are not available off the shelf mostly within a week. Home delivery offered for orders more than Rs 200. They also keep cosmetics, vitamins, support system and male grooming items. Visible from road in traffic. They hold free medical check up camps regularly. Credit/ debit cards accepted. Enrolling as member for ApolloOne program gives very good discounts.

Went in emergency conditions at night but they denied service and said they want to go home that's why they won't give medicine
Even though they were inside the shop but they denied the service
They didn't even understood my level of emergence
I left the place in hurry to find another open shop
Really bad and rude people

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Strange to see no reviews since a year....
They do have good stock of medicines, even in my 1st visit of store employees went to other Apollo branch to get the stock of particular medicine. (Store was not crowded at all)
But in 2nd visit I felt no one wants to give efforts, he even didn't bother to check stock even I asked him to pick by my own.
Can't we keep a medicine shop just like a simple medicine shop ? It looks more like consumer product shop rather than a medicine/pharma shop.
"UPI bandh chhe" (UPI is not working) sticker is always on the counter though it's in working condition.
