★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst courier service, they have no transparency in their price quote. Also they say one thing on phone and exorbitantly increase the price quote when you go to deliver the luggage. They told me on phone that the charges will be ₹1000 for entire shipment but when I went with my luggage to their office they said it will ₹10000. They do not provide their own boxes of standard size and tell you to find your own boxes. Moreover, they calculate the rate based on volumetric weight of the box. So that implies- You will try to be conservative and will usually find a box slightly bigger than your requirement. So your luggage may actually weigh 15kg but they will charge you for 30kg since they have their own absurd way of calculating the volumetric rate. So all my efforts of packing the boxes and bringing them to their office went in vain when they told me that I will have to pay ₹10,000/- instead of previously agreed rate on phone of ₹1000/-
There are better courier services available so do not ever go for DHL.
