★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Haven't received my tracking information or number yet, despite repeated reminders. They say it has reached but no confirmation via tracking is being provided. Don't even know if my parcel has been received properly or not. Please people, do not fall for this service provider. Go directly for The Professional couriers or The DHL services. Bad experience here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience. I thought dhl is a premium service provider. Had to send a parcel to nasik. Prices are very high but still says ok let me send. Courier boy was scheduled for pick up at 4pm and after 5.45 courier managers no went switched off. My only submission is if couldn't pick up atleast inform. Time is gone i cant even try anyone else now. Pathetic!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You can't track online from the number they've provided and also charges are high as compared to others and no responsibility whatsoever even after calling many times
They've told it will reach by 1PM and I was calling for status of the courier they told call after 30 mins and guess what now their phone is switched off , it was domestic courier
I've already told him if it will reach in one day then only i'll send through you,because it was really urgent , next time don't promise such things , now i don't know where my parcel is, it hasn't reached the destination yet !!
And they have given me receipt of some other courier i guess and The owners phone is still switched off!
Worst service ever!!! Sorry to say there is no service at all !!!
I personally visited the store also at 5:45PM since owners phone was switch off and guess what store is closed
I gave it to them on 6/9/19 at 11:30 AM and it got finally delivered on 10/9/19 at 8:15 PM , it was supposed to reach on 7/9/19 till 6 PM as promised by them but Surprisingly it took them 5 days to deliver that parcel from kalyan to thane and they call it as EXPRESS SERVICE!!! and for such no service at all they've charged 150Rs.
It would've been better and faster if i have personally send it by myself.
And owner if you are reading this , have courtesy to call back to your customer or else say NO before accepting such urgent courier.
