★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This branch has a very irresponsible, lazy and lethargic staff. No response from the staff for queries posed to them. They operate slower than SBI does. I got my account opened after 4 days (that too after being behind their backs, calling them daily) when I was promised it'll be opened in one day. Highly unprofessional staff.

Irresponsible bank provided wrong address it's near wayle nagar, golden park ..... Rude staff... I would never visit this place...

- People who don't know Original Initial IDFC BANK, it was the best in class bank ever seen. No terms & conditions. Pure service.
- After it merged with capital first, the series of worst service started
- Untill all above, this branch never exsisted here
- I am shocked to see such services
- No Email respond from Management itself, leave the level 1 team banker team,
This shows how their system works
- Putting a poster of amitabh bachhan won't help your customers, but fill only celebs pockets
- People don't open accounts looking amitabh bachhan's poster
- Relations are very difficult to maintain

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Idfc first bank Customers care service is good. But in Kalyan branch employees nobody care about customers. I had very bad experience with this branch. I had gone for foreclosure and balance transfer of my personal loan.but when i entered this branch. I had given them Demand Drapt to loan department lady employee for close the loan.she said this DD is will not accepted because of mistaken in your DD. Because of her i lost 2 month for paying emi on both side hdfc Bank and idfc first bank. After that i gone to Airoli branch with same DD.this branch accepted same DD and finally i close the loan.got the noc. So Request to IDFC main branch please look Kalyan(near birala college branch) they are not helping customers for any query. They doing timepass only.in that branch. Thanks In future i will not take any loan from this bank
