β β β β β Went to enquire about Gixxer genuine accessories. Seat cover price is Rs1500 at their sales, while as per Suzuki's website, it's marked at Rs600. Same for other parts like leg guard.

β β β β β Had Such a pathetic experience.
I went there on Saturday.. they said it's paid service.. come on weekdays as we have more vehicles.
I went on Tuesday, they said you will get it tomorrow.
I needed it same day.
They said come early in the morning then only you will get it same day.
So I again went around 9am, opening time, even then they said threre are bikes pending form 2 days. We can't give it same day.
Not gonna go there again.
This experience actually hurts the reputation of the Suzuki as a brand.
Higher management, wake up and Shake up your service center team.

β β β β β Very unprofessional staff and arrogant staff. Iβve visited the service centre to just change the oil and repair the digital meter and I was told that it will take 24 hours.
Never recommend this place for servicing.

β β β β β Found unprofessional. Delivery commitment was unfulfilled. Tried constantly calling the phone No provided on job card but was not being attended. The service center had stopped communicating despite delaying the delivery by 24 hours. Looks like they have no intention to create long standing relation with customers. I think I am done and will never turn to this firm .

β β β β β 1. Dont left your vehicle for servicing here let them complete your service infront of you itself.
2. They don't service properly.
3. And if you are CHANGING SOME PARTS PLEASE DO CONFIRM THAT THOSE ARE NEW AND UNUSED.
yesterday they changed my switch assembly wire and i found was used one and old (may be from some other bike i have asked them for the same they said this switch assembly wire is new only. Even when it looks like used one)

All the Process was done on the same day and My New Suzuki Access 125 was delivered to me really Happy and Glad with the Sales Service provided to me. 5 Star rating from me if you want to Purchase a new Two Wheeler in Suzuki Brand go Sure for Dhone Suzuki.

Watchman is bit rude and not allow customers to park vehicles in front of showroom, should be changed or change behaviour.
