Pros:
This is the only place where the bike was available. Other showrooms didn't have it.
The sales person Rohan manages to do well.
Staff at sales and service center are professional. No one speaks to you rudely.
Cons:
Their price is a little higher than other places. So always compare.
Shortage of staff at the service center. It took them 30 mins just to make the job card because of less staff.
My bike has been making squeaking noises from day 1. They did fix the ones coming from shock absorber, but for everything else, I am told that it is by design or normal. My bike is still making a vibrating noise at 70kmph.
I have driven a lot of other bikes. These are PDI issues and should have been addressed before delivery.
Update 1 - these guys are extremely slow. Have been waiting 20 mins just for the bill to be generated. Bike is standing washed outside.
Update 2 - They charged me the spare parts from some other customer. I identified it because the amount was too high. Meaning in case of smaller difference, if it get overseen by the customer also, then they have have wrong spare parts change info in their records.
Looking at the way things are working, I will have to chk if oil was actually changed.
Advice to the owners: If a customer brings something to your attention, it doesn't necessarily mean it's your problem. It could be a problem from Hero. So do not get defensive to say that it's normal. Do investigate it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done my passion xpro service on dt.04/04/2022 in Laksh motor service swargate Pune.
I have problem with bike chain pocket there is something noise when i ride,due to chain pocket was out during service.
This is 3rd time i have facing same issue after bike service from there.
After week, i observe there is same chain pocket noise issue same showing in last after 2 services.
I am visited laksh motor but they didn't solve my problem only oiling the chain and said issue was solved, but still not solve.
That time i disscus service advisor to Mr. Aakash after rear break liner change break not working properly, that time they told me due to return spring not available in stock, they not attached the spring, but this thing also no one updated to me(customer) and they give my bike delivery to me & Bike servicing done.
It is very pathetic situation in this service center, not properly handle customer issue only pushing the situation.

On Friday
On Saturday they return my bike
Servicing and all they have done properly
But my bike was not wash properly
So pls take care of this and change your washing person For best review
And I have taken joyride
