★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible experience. The owner just doesn't want to help customers. I wanted to buy one of their top of the line helmets from them which costs close to Rs10,000 (the LS2 Arrow) and wanted to try different sizes to check which was the best fit. Understandably this model was not in the main store but in the warehose. Even though I was ready to buy the helmet there and then the owner didn't want to call for the helmet from the warehouse and he wouldn't explain why even when I said I was willing to wait. He asked me to go on to his website and check the sizing and then ask for the size that I wanted. Since he is the only LS2 authorised dealer in Pune I went along with this and left. Later when I called him and asked him to bring the size I wanted to the store so I could come pick it up he refused to talk to me over the phone. He insisted I come to the shop and talk to him and he would not bring any helmet from his warehouse till I came to the shop and he even hung up while I was talking to him! This is completely ridiculous as he still didn't have the helmet at the store! Completely unprofessional behaviour for an authorised dealer.
