★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stay away from this showroom. I got experince of Very pathetic Service 2 times. 1st time in 2012, when brought a activa from here. Staff in not proper trained, everybody is just behaving with customers like, they are employed in goverment office. Lack of knowledge and communication
2nd time was in sep 2021. i given my unicorn here for repair of starter problem. The mechanic nitin dhumal and technician didnt understand the problem, because of poor knowledge. They said that ignition coil to change, which was not availble with. They placed order in honda, mumbai or gujrat plant and keep me waited for 18 days without bike. Which can be done or solve by other ways.
I got my bike back on 5th october, with the bill of rs. 1800. I took my bike. And next day again the starter problem was coming.
This time i showed the bike to local garage guy, near my society. He clearly said that workshop team did nothing to solve the problem. They changed that part, which need not to change. Rs. 1,800 i paid for only honda authorised workshop jobcard
Avoid this showroom to purchase or service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went their to check the new activa limited edition. Somehow couldnt drive it coz of lunch time. 5 star coz they have all latest collection with with them for showcase.
Activa is getting delivered in three days and there is waiting for grazia around 1 1/2 months aa on Jan 4, 22

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Serviced my bike and the next day it started smoking they(nitin dhumal) told to change piston even though running was just 10,000 km they are fooling people with fake issues ,i claimed insurance but they denied to give the bill for the part which was changed i requested more than 10 times for bill then i got the bill after a month very non cooperative staff and fooling people with fake issues

Very bad experience about servicing.
They dont even tight the brakes and chain of vehicle. Just change the oil was and give back to customers.
Owner should look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst experiences got from Honda ,lack of co ordination, poor service, falls in commitment, we enquired about 2022 activa disk brake version,they said scooter available on call also also they start the booking process afterthat they said not available ,10 time i ask to team please verify before conforming ,they said scooter is availble as per the requirment we give delivery on Wednesday . Very unprofessional behaviour they pulling down the trust .
Before buying the product if customer is facing the problems because of wrong coomintments, then i am worried about after sales service....Just Cant Imagine.....
Think twice...thrice...multiple time....before approching....
