★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A big shout out for Mr Ram Awaji. It is professionals like him who take customer service to the next level. Absolutely brilliant and seamless service provided by him because of which we ended up buying our Ray Z from Monarch versus any other dealership. Ram was on top of his game, kept us informed all throughout, super proactive, courteous and humble. I did the entire deal over the phone and online and only had to go once to pickup the vehicle which was delivered sans any hiccups.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is very helpful. I purchased Yamaha FZX (matte black) from here. They helped through the process, gave the best deal and made a smooth delivery experience. Yamaha bikes are a great worth for money. Loving my new bike totally!
This showroom is located at a very prime are (Tilak road) hence it is always busy and crowded but the staff is able to manage all that crowd and hence the waiting times are pretty low. However, test riding bikes here is not a great experience since there is a signal right beside the showroom and hence there is a lot of traffic.
