β β β β β @ Kalyani Korpe even i have same experienced with the Receptionist she is really rude Once i called for an appointment for my father but she said call after 2 days as there is no appointment on Sat and she was not sure about monday whether i will get appointment and the way she was talking to me thats really bad yaar. Dr please look into this matter otherwise you will loose your patient

β β β β β The doctors are very welcoming and well behaved towards patients. But the receptionist here is very rude and impatient. She has no sense of how to speak with elderly. They have computerized appointment system which is very convenient for many people but at the same time there are some elderly people or some average aged people who need help in this registration process. Receptionist is totally ignorant of this fact and I've seen a patient walking out of the door just because he couldn't register himself on the computer for an appointment. Very disappointing service and treatment.

β β β β β I've a detail experience about CHITALE CLINIC..
I would have rate them with 1000+ stars..
We had fully pressurised sleepless night..
It was like our "destiny was heading us to somewhere pathetic, but CHITALE clinic changed its route on pin-pointedly perfect timing and they took us back to the safety.. God Bless them all..!
It's about allergic asthma attack (complete breathing problem) late in the night, to my 12 year old son that too in the crucial period when covid conditions was on its peak, exactly one year before from today.. CHITALE CLINIC have attended us ENTIRE NIGHT, they even prescribed medicines and we got results in the morning (not needed to admit him even, he is 200% fit and miraculously recovered now), all this happened only on phone (many calls in the same night actually) just Imagine..
We all know its 2020 or 21 nobody helps you without reason, not any commercial organisation (at least) can do this..
They are the ONLY best people in this crowded market... Not only doctor but ENTIRE TEAM/STAFF (especially Leela sister) is so so friendly & co-operative yet effectively supportive..
It is indeed one of the best serving clinic in Maharashtra, wholesome caring & super less commercial..
Denying a fluffy income in dollars for entire life.. Dr. CHITALE is the only doctor I know, Who came back from USA with her deep knowledge for all of us.. SHE IS JUST GREAT
IT HURTS WHEN SOMEONE WRITES NEGATIVE OR BAD REVIEWS about them..
I'm not blaming anyone ofcourse "people write what they've experienced" just like as I'm doing..
BUT..
Somehow I relate all this superstitiously with each of our fate..
what I believe is..??
"we get what we have to go through, our destiny only drives us, and we all passengers"
So, humbly requesting everyone (not only about this specific clinic) that wherever we go & where there is LIFE is involved..
We must write our Reviews truely considering our level of PAIN only & not level of EGO (Please)
They are also human beings like us & We are totally unaware about their sacrifices and pain..
They are sitting at such a point that they gave us a chance to write reviews and give star rating to them, and we all know, its not a small thing reaching on such level..
*Honest practitioners are our true celebrities Actually*

β β β β β I started getting spinning and disbalance of the body and shown to multiple doctors and nobody guided me well. Even one doctor admitted in the hospital for 7 days but didnt explain me what exactly happening to me and again within a month i got the spining and i got to know about chitale clinic from one of our family freind and spoken to chitale mam she was able to dianosed that it is positional virtigo and started the treatment. I met Nisha Mam over there. She is very patience with me . Always ready to guide n support. If there is any query i always contact her on phone and she guide me. Im still under going trement but there are lots of imorovement. I would like to say thanks to chitale mam and nisha mam for the treament and support. looking forward to get fully recover soon.?

β β β β β Highly unprofessional staff and the doctor is not reachable directly for any conversation.
On calling the hospital i was asked to pay Rs 1000 for online consultation for my mother as the doctor was not entertaining offline patients as told to me. After making the payment the doctor called after 4 days without agreeing on a scheduled time/date and after constant follow up at the hospital number.
As the date/time was not predecided I was not at home when the doc requested to speak to me. On calling back the same number it was routed to the nurse who would not give me a direct contact number for the doc
The staff scheduled an appointment for some tests for after 2 days and shared the prescription as given by the doctor.
My concern is how do you expect a patient to wait for 4 days and not give an appointment?
Also 1000 rs for online with no means to connect with the doctor is outrageous. Is the meaning of online consultation understood?
Business houses give better paid service.
