★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I urge everyone to please don't go to this unprofessionally managed garage-service center, ever unless you fond of making to-and-fro rounds again and again. He doesn't follow any schedule. He doesn't complete the jobs he has taken before accepting new jobs. He forgets small small things. He thinks of saving money by using used-second-hand parts left-over from previous repair works.
This garage happens to be located on my everyday route. Occasionally I used to stop at this garage for filling air in my 2-wheeler's tyres. A month ago, I left my red Honda Activa for installing a footrest which I had purchased from a spare-parts shop. On seeing the part, he said its not an original part. I said, let it be, just fix it. I also asked him for servicing the bike. I did everything well except for he raised the idling which consumes a lot of petrol.
Being happy with he service with Red Activa, I left my Green Colour Honda CBZ for overall servicing and repairing. I had given my bike to an employee at our shop as I wasn't using it for a long time. I got the bike back in a sorry condition, so I decided to get it serviced and repaired.
I went Chachar Garage again. This time I asked him to prepare a 'Job-Card' and jot down all the problems with the bike and solve all of them. To this he said, he doesn't have printed Job-cards and added, 'they are only available in big garages where they loot customers by adding extra charges'. I told him, I don't worry about the charges, I want only high quality service and quick delivery.
I am totally dissatisfied with the time he has taken to repair. This guy has taken more than 20-22 days, still he has not solved many of the problems. He made me come again and again. Every time went, he made some or the other excuses and extended the delay. He spoilt my bike even further as he had parked it on a busy street road. He didn't even bother to clean and wash it before handing over it back to me.
