★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had very nice experience at Dhruv Pathology and Molecular Lab at Laxminagar today when I visited them for routine health check up. The staff is very cordial, co operative and efficient. They make you comfortable from the start. The reports too are sent online on the same day. I shall be happy to visit the lab again .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a terrible experience with Dhruv labs. Got my rt pcr test done from here, as I required the report within 24 hours, I opted for the emergency option paying 1500 rupees . The report should have been emailed to me within 5-6 hours, which they did not email. I called them multiple times, either their number is always busy or the staff/receptionist herself does not have any clue about the emergency option they have. One of the receptionist kept telling me that the report will be given after 24 hours, even though I repeatedly told her that I opted for an emergency test, then came another receptionist who told me that the report is ready and she will email it to me in 10 minutes, which did not get delivered even after waiting for 2 hours. Finally, I had to revisit the lab to get the report.
The staff here is very irresponsible. They have no idea how much time it takes for the report in case of a emergency test.
When you are taking more amount for the emergency test, atleast try to keep up to what you have promised to deliver.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The are service oriented and quick. With 2 hours of placing the request for covid testing they were at our home inspire of heavy rush as informed to us. The charges for home visit were a little higher which is understandable. Overall a good private lab which is working 24 by 7 in this difficult time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When I called them for home collection of the sample, I received an automated response right away and the technician was present at my house within 3 hours. The report was made available within 15 hours so at least 9 hours ahead of scheduled time. Everything was smooth. Keep up the great service guys. Thanks so much - Sunil.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had done RTPCR test at Dhruv labs on 13/09/21. while on call they told me charges 600 rs but the person who came to collect the sample asked me for 900 rupees. I am yet to receive bill for the transaction. If I don't receive it im filing complaint. I even have Google pay transaction details

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there early morning. Surprise to me (from the set standard by most of the pathology labs), the staff was there (without yawning).
Got the reports via mail so no need to come down again to collect the hard copy but if you want hard copy, you can collect anytime - they are 24 hours open.
