★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very shoddy work, an absolute disgrace to see he makes ill fitting clothes & then fails to deliver on time despite multiple tries. On top of this he charges twice for what others can produce better & on time.
My sincere advise is to give this guy a wide margin & go else where.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Its a nice store for Formal Mens Clothing. The store has a good variety and helpful staff. I got suits made in the range of 16k to 20k in very good quality. Their tuxedos are great designs and better in price and quality than Dewan Sahib.

Had placed an order of two blazers around March 2020. Had asked them to prepare fresh pieces irrespective that the sample pieces were fitting properly.
After multiple confirmations over call, visited them for trial in September. Mr. Chiteen had confirmed over the call that the pieces are new and are ready for trial. After visiting, I realised that the blazers were actually sample pieces that I had tried while buying. The inner lining was torn at places, etc etc.
Had asked for new piece the same day, for which the trial was arranged in October and Delivered today on November 30th.
The quality of the final piece is okayish! The zipper had a fragment of fabric amalgamated because somebody ironed the zipper, which their in-house tailor removed after carefully melting the upper layer of the zipper again. Accessories were promised complementary at the time of purchase of the blazer like pocket square and small broach, which were denied at the time of delivery. Even if was a mere communication gap, they lost a potential customer for mere accessories worth a few hundred rupees for which Mr. Chiteen wanted to charge 3000 rupees.
‼️ Unethical practices, poor quality for the prices they are charging. ‼️

I was apprehensive about ordering on video call given the current times but it turned out to be exceptional and I was surprised with the timely delivery and the service I got from the team despite their constraints. I love what I got despite the hurdles and feel ready for the event. Thank you Dhruv Sehgal team !
