We went for our covid vaccination and were sent back twice, once the receptionist said that even though you have booked a slot on covin app we dont have vaccines available and hence called us the next day at 9 AM and today kept us waiting from 9-10 but the staff was not available. Plz dont waste your time on this centre for vaccinations atleast.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible experience. Even after booking online vaccination slot at Cowin, they are not willing to vaccinate. Staff says when there are more than 10 people then only they can, it has to do with vial. Unapologetic staff. Avoid it. Waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had an awful experience. I took my mom for an ultrasound and we reached on time as we were told. She had to go empty stomach and was unwell. We paid the charges and were told to wait for 10 minutes for the doctor. They made us wait for an hour and 20 minutes and after that we could not take it anymore and left. Very unprofessional, I've never witnessed anything like this at a diagnostic centre.

We were told that if we want to get the Covid-19 vaccination, then we will have to gather 10 more people, otherwise they won't open the vial. We had pre-booked slots, still we were made to wait for hours and were told to go out and arrange for more people. No point in booking a slot with them as they have made it a walk in facility and operate as per their whims and fancies. I wouldn't recommend this place.

However, the reception is often verybcrowded, mostly by own staff standing around and loudly discussing their tasks or general banter. The staff could also be more polite and efficient, instead of loudly calling out to each other, thus disturbing the patients there or seeming as uncaring and unprofessional in their office mannerisms.
