There’s no justification on high costs also. Infrastructure is okayish.
Small rooms with nurses and compounder’s clothes hanging everywhere.
Rotten sofa seats with too much dust.
When confronted about ridiculously high prices - got the answer - it is what it is. You can get it done somewhere else if you don’t want.
