nobody serious about thier word and commitment and work . Booked
appointment for home blood collection. But when time comes all I got
different number to call and stupid answer like what, when total waste of time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ very bad experience. staff is not professional. first they give appointment and at the time of appointment they postponed your appointment when you reach at clinic. my appointment is postponed 2 times. when asking for reason they just say Dr is not coming & sorry and its over. they don’t care about patients time.This is very unprofessional behaviour and rude attitude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We took the appointment for sonography. We were called at least 3 times and told to come early before 9:30. We reached at 9:25 and there were many numbers in line. There was some fight going on at the reception between the center receptionist and another person who had probably came from head office.
Our number came at 10:05. Patient's bladder was full for more than half an hour and there was a feeling of dis comfort. In the sonography room there was total disconnect between the doctor and the assistant. Details of the Sonography were not called on the screen. There was no blanket available to cover the patient while the sonography was happening. The actual sonography took 2-3 mins. The report did not contain any details on the things requested by the prescription. When asked the Doctor said he could not see anything. Very rude and unprofessional behavior overall.
We repeated the sonography at another clinic in the evening and the reports were very different.
Overall a very negative experience. Money and time wasted.
I do not recommend Diagnopein for Radiology related services.
