★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have done blood tests twice here....And were pretty urgent but they did not send the reports on time....Also their helpline is not available.....What is the use of this service if they can't send the report on time. Useless service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience. Went for blood test for my mother today (it takes hardly 2min). Staff was very rude and she seemed to be frustrated as she told that it would take lot of time due to staff shortage. I had office so Came back and did the test from other pathology lab nearby. Won't recommend Metropolis.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience.. I gave blood sample on Sunday morning. They promised to give reports by evening on same day... Today is Wednesday..still they didn't give me reports... Called 5-6 times...but no response at all... They take fees(very high) before test but no reports on time...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No Manpower management in Lab near Goel Ganga society, Sinhgad road, Pune. 10 people in queue and only one staff is handling a lab . . It tooks more than one hour for simple fasting blood test in morning.. appreciate to this one staff is handling patiently...
