★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diamond Crest is a very well situated society covinetly near to highway. I would have rated it even negative. There are so many issues like parking, amanities and main problem is worst management staff. Builder or agent will fool you we will give amanities soon but all are fake promises. Think 100 times before you are planning to purchase or rent in Diamond Crest.They do not deserve even a one star. If you try to reach upper management for your problems they will literally ignore your massages and calls. Think twice before buying property in F5 builder.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Society construction design and locations is good. Good ventilation in flat. But some of the things are found difference as compared with sample flat and also staff response is very poor. Communication gap between internal staff which leads owner in trouble so many times.

- Flat Internal structure are very good and spacious and also get a big gallery for 2BHK's..
- It has a highway touch and nearby public schools and engineering schools.
Cons:
- Society building entrance is not good, i think it should be better. please think about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very bad experience, very slow at completing work, insufficient water supply, bad management, worst employees of the builder.
Mainly, Politics during parking distribution area, bad finishing of road and amenities. worst builder and has no concerns once they sold flat. One lady sitting for sale in the office is arrogant and has no manners as well.
Think multiple times before you visit and buy a property. I know you are looking for your dream place. only satisfaction is of Good architecture of the flats from inside it's precious and pleasant
