★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The buildings look very old and have been further deteriorated by unauthorized construction. DDA has put several warning boards regarding the flat area extension but to no results. The area however has a lot of greenery. There are parks inside. The wide road outside is good for walking. The security is good. Parking still remains an issue as the basement is filled with water. The traffic inside the colony is usually smooth due to strict implementation of one way traffic. DDA designated place for local shopping complex is just a signboard.

Worst apartment I have ever rented. After leaving the apartment, the owners have not returned my security deposit balance. Ajay Kumar and Ashok Meena are people who handle the renting of a flat that belongs to their relative. The rent agreement is done in someone else's name.
During my stay I faced many issues... water problem, electricity problem, pigeons enter through window gaps and make the rooms dirty, and what not.
Stay away from this flat if you want to avoid problems.
