★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiny one bedroom room apartments. Expensive rentals. Bad ground water supplied as piped water. Poor drainage. Stinking corridors. Waste disposal is absolutely pathetic. High power tarrifs. Fully furnished apartments but, all electrical appliances and fittings are fit to be displayed as museum pieces. Beware of brokers around.
