This RWA has certain houses which had poor supply of water in distribution
One of the rare pockets which has a tank of water that can sustain water for one week when there is no supply from Sonia Vihar Ganga water supply
Though there is a issue of car parking.
This pocket has many houses of government agencies
RWA celebrates national and religious festivals collectively

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poor quality construction, everyone enchoaching on common lands, buildings falling apart, frequent robbery, prevailing disputes in RWA, sewage water supply in fresh water line, menace of street dogs biting people and damaging car roofs.
Location is the only positive aspect

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good society. Neat and clean surroundings. No problem of dogs howling at night. Narmada appartments is horrible as compared to Santushti Appartment.
Parking is little chaotic at times but it is very much manageable.
Only thing- Airtel broadband supports 40mbps as of now as fibre wiring is yet to be done here
And DESIGNATED PARKING IS NOT AVAILABLE.
