★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They will take money from you and gives you nothing, no flat no money but only committment and date " सर आपके पैसे मिल जायेंगे आप चिंता मत करो" and you have to go to their office every time with new hope. You can also explore different places as they continue change their offices..
1st office Dwarka sector 5, 2and is in Dwarka Sector 19..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had invested my hard earned money in this society with a lucrative offer and draw of lot inching up the excitement of owning a flat in dwarka 4 years back..
After numerous unanswered calls and frequently changing responsible staff all I get is false hopes and promises of the society coming up..
No plan is formulated and the society is not even allotted a piece of land from DDA in 5 years ..
The society has a dark future and no hope of coming up in the next few years..
After a hot and meaningless conversation with one of the staff in Jan 2022, I get an assurance to get my money back in July 2022 but no correspondence or feedback is reciprocated back.
Few days later I get an email to hold on my money amounting to about 7.5 Lakhs till July 2022 with an assurance of land allotment and things speeding up..
Some people might have responsibilities and commitments which they look forward to ..
Due to the lack of interest shown by the authorities and spineless management I concur that this society is a big time fraud for middle class families..
PLEASE DO NOT VENTURE OUT IN THIS INITIATIVE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY to go in the hands of these irresponsible people..
