★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience I had with Diamond packers and movers just for local kharghar shifting it took them more than 8 hours which was horrible experience and as promised by Uday singh 4 people were to be sent after survey of house hold items were done but had sent only 3 also he sent a vehicle which the workers found very difficult to load the things kept us on hold and waiting till another vehicle was sent after long time .
Very very disappointed by diamond packers and movers kharghar.

I transported my household things from Navi Mumbai to Kolkata. When they delivered after 12 days instead of 7 days as per their commitment I found my new Steel Almirah in horrible condition. Found several scratches, deep cut mark and dent on it. Same thing happened on bed parts as well. Deep cut mark was also found on Refrigerator. Found dent on Washing Machine as well. Packing and handling quality is very poor.
They have also taken money for insurance but unable to claim for any damage as it was a false certificate. There was no insurance number even. When I reported them about this incident they don't even bothered to listen my problem.
I requested them to take 80% cost in advance and remaining 20% at the time of delivery. But they have taken 100% amount in advance because they know the quality of their work.

To all Kharghar and nearby people... Do not hire this agency for home shifting. They are fraud. Hire other agencies if they ask few more bucks. They keep telling you that my people are coming and stuck in the traffic and in the end never come for that day.cheap service by Diamond...
