SKY HOME PACKERS AND MOVERS - Navi Mumbai

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value I shifted from Navi Mumbai to Thane- Kolshet Road. 1. Basis the reviews and recommendations I choose Sky Packers & Movers, but sorry to say that this was my worst decision, earlier I moved the same house-hold from Delhi to Navi Mumbai from Professional packers & movers, just in sake of saving few thousands more, this new experience turned to be worst. 2. I lost my Samsung Tablet as I missed taking with me during shifting 3. They didn't packed the sofa and took it from the lift, thank fully that day lift got cleaned hence no oiling/carbon stains on the sofa then after insisting and calling to the 'Kuldeep ji' they packed it, also just from one side of the corner and the Sofa stands/rubber-sticks also got removed by them. 4. Damage- glass frame of my certificate/ Almirah one leg (I have to spent to fix as unable to use as its not still standing), sides on my king size bed (pure wooden), center table (sides/ scratches on wood) even broken the floor cleaners/wipers 5. I'm sure earlier they would be doing a good packing, but this time they didn't had enough 'tapes' with them and kept on arguing with each other that who will buy and kept us waiting for next 30 mins; run out of the packing sheets/ we gave our own as we also had them as we recently shifted from Delhi 6. They bring some un-professionals workers along with them which we were not aware of, at the end they asked 5K each (apart from overall charges) mentioning that they are (2, out of 5) are not part of the company and came to help their friends.. I was shocked how come they are sending who are not part of there company. Still we gave 1K (200 each) 7. They were insisting for the on-time review and kept on insisting for the 5 rating, somehow we asked them to go assuring that we will do it later after un-packing 6. If you have usual stuff to shift, you may go with them, but if you have really spent good on your furniture and in love with them then plz don't choose them, there isn't any ownership, responsiveness, in initial they will promise to refund and repair, post shifting no any call to check exp. and damages. Just doing it for the sake of doing. I strongly don't recommend them to any of my colleagues, as offices are about to open and people are going to move/re-locate. NO to Un-professionals!! I can't let them get the money to damage the house-hold stuff!! As I am uploading it from Laptop, I"ll add pics of damages from my mobile.. plz choose good for your furniture.. you may try ' Professional packers & movers' they even did service for bollywood actors/high profile celebrities' and I exp. them while shifting from Delhi to Mumbai ... All the Best with the good packers & movers.

I found them professional moving expert for my shifting job within my budget. I am pleased that within 4 days we have successfully shifted from Mumbai to Kolkata. Very unprofessional service, they robbed my coin box consisting almost 1500. Robbed my expensive perfume. When i tried reaching the owner he refused saying i dont know about this 2 among 4 were road side labours, while at the time of booking he said all are our company employees, packing images he shared were so good and therefore i agreed to book Sky home packers for shifting but they just dumped items in bags and handled it very unprofessionally. Dont ever choose this company for shifting.

Each and every object was handled very efficiently. Wouldn't have been possible such a smooth shift without sky Packers and Movers. Work done was above expectation and would recommend others too.

I couldn't give less than zero hence a star. Time alloted was from 9 A.M but they arrived around 12. And at 2 they had lunch ordered by us. Around 4 they took a tea break and while leaving they charged us 400rs more even though service lift was available. My shifting distance was just 40feet. They didn't pack most of the items, they didn't bring enough boxes nor bubble wraps. My all expensive utensils were dumped in a plastic bag where most of them have suffered severe scratches. My oven was dumped badly. All glass items were wrapped in a newspaper only because I could arrange for it. Most of the things were packed with our clothes. Do not get lured by the paid reviews. Very unprofessional and disorganised employees, where the mangers don't have control over them. I will never take their service ever in my life instead I will pay double charge where I don't have to worry about anything. You will get details just ask your employees who had lunch at our place. No gratitude!
