★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the first premium societies in Sector 15 facing Creek area in the bay side of the sector 15 in CBD Belapur. There are three wings and variety of flats available - ranging from 1 BHK, 2BHK, Duplex and Terrace Penthouse. It has an open and wide area for car parking (stilt ones) and a club house too.. You may not find a gym facility inside, but for sure it has kids play area and good open space outside each wings. There is a functional security on two of it's gates and society is in good maintained condition. The best thing about the apartments are their placements- flats are quite airy, well ventilated and spacious. The apartment is located in the heart of sector 15 which houses best restaurants, shopping and living options for individuals in entire Navi Mumbai.
CBD is touted as future ville parle of Navi Mumbai because of it proximity to new airport. If in case you are looking for sea facing apartment options for future investments, you may consider Sai Vihar as a good mid range option. the rent for 1 bhk is around 20-25 K/month, 2 BHK will b around - 27 to 35 K/month.

However the society doesn't have any amenities for children's and all. But walking track located nearby makes your morning/evening walk pleasant.
Comparing to other, Sai Vihar have sufficient inside parking space.
Round the clock security, sufficient parking space, Neat and clean premises with supporting people's makes this society different from others.
