★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I normally desist from reviewing housing societies, but would write about it. This is such a beautifully made building which is so close to CBD Belapur station and with so many eateries around, that it makes this is great place to stay.
But what ruins it is the people who manage it. The security folks, who themselves are indisciplined, speak to you disgracefully, they stare at you as if you have committed some crime, they question you in way which is demeaning. This makes it very unpleasant every time I visit this place which I thought to put it out on a Google review. And they are equally bad to you even if you are a resident there.

Non cooperative members. Managing Committee is owner of building. Other flat owners, are fearful of Managing Committee.
If planning to buy flat, think twice.
Apart from that, location is fine, near to station.
