★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Diamond plaza is situated near nagerbazar,d um dum. It's is a nice place to do shopping, watch movies and even good for food lovers too. Affordable brands are available for middle class people like us. Place with full of branded showrooms from dresses,to makeups to electronics everything under one roof. Food court is also good. They also have different restaurants inside from Rang De Basanti Dhaba to Barbeque Nation to Bhojohori Manna!
Overall,a nice place to hangout! Shopping mall is well maintained. In cinemas they have PVR and the staff there are very unprofessional and looking forward to leech you out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There is one Mall in South Dumdum area and that is Diamond Plaza.
You can find stores of Bata, KFC, Bhojohori Manna, Barbeque Nation, Rene, Pantaloons, Big Bazar, Max, Reliance Trends, Mimiso, Baggit, Apple store etc.
Stalls of flavoured popcorn, mehendi, nail art, costume jewellry, flurrys etc also.
And obviously the PVR completes this mall. One may be attracted to the food court as well.
The decoration based on occasion may mesmerise you.☺

From Nager Bazar, you can find auto/toto/rikshaw/bus to Diamond Plaza.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice and awesome place to hangout with friends and family. You can find all the big brands under one roof. Also stalls for mehendi, nail art and costume jewellery are also there. The food court has a lot of shops. Even there is a game zone for kids to have fun. The mall is not that big so you won't find much place to sit except for the food court. Overall a nice place to eat, shop and hangout.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Man i remember when this place was built it changed everything, most malls are restricted to the rich because they are placed at such obscured places or posh neighbourhoods but this one was different available to the masses and now look at it every single outlet occupied and business is booming like anything, Not just on the inside but on the outside too the place is booming with stores and feels like park street or something but even more lively almost, no other place has seen such a tectonic shift in my opinion. This mall is a case study of how you should build businesses strategically. The place gets a little crowded and i feel frustrated with crowds but i feel it's a good thing. The mall blocked the road with traffic jams forever but i guess it's a sacrifice we can make for the happiness of the many.
