★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pathetic service i bought an AC on 02nd may 2022 but after cheasing several times it is till not delivered and everyday they confirmed me they will delivered on tomorrow but still didn't get and no one bothered to help after purchasing they only looting customer very poor service late delivery.

Purchased an AC and they told me to deliver it and install by by three days. 5 days passed, not received any call from their delivery executive and installation team. Not yet delivered. I have sent frequent mails to their customer care and ceo desk, and received automated mails with fake promises. Not expected from this branded store.. DONT BUY AC FROM THIS STORE

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To start with the store looks very huge and full of products but biggest catch here is sales department have zero knowledge. I bought couple of products from this store but the products never got delivered on time but sales consultant will have a different story every time. I never found a single sales consultant having overall knowledge about a product and often found the sales consultants consulting among themselves. They do not have any knowledge about after sale services so they make you false promises. Recently, I bought an AC which they promised to get it installed at my apartment but when the actual technician came for installation, he directly said that he could not install it whereas the sales consultant while selling the product said that their technicians are so capable that they could install the AC anywhere and everywhere I tell them to but the reality is hard to accept. When I called the store they said that they are unable to do anything and I would have to make some arrangements to get the AC installed. Last but not the least, Reliance had now taken up the ownership of getting any appliances installed in your house rather than authorised company technician visiting your house for installation so please expect poor quality work and fittings, moreover they had there own tantrums.
I would recommend please do not buy heavy appliances from this store, specially if the appliance or the part of the appliance have an outdoor fittings.
One suggestion for the store: STOP SELLING FALSE PROMISES

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good place with lot of collections of reputed brands. We bought a washing machine and the staff was very polite. Got the delivery in 24 hours and they have also called to confirm if the delivery has been received.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reliance Digital at Diamond Plaza is a heaven for electronics..They have from smart phone to power bank from washing machine to Television from Laptop to speakers and headphones.. employees are very polite and friendly..I had interaction with Abhijit and he was very helpful and friendly.. he showed us the store and we get our require items very fast.. recommend to visit and contact Abhijit..
