★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I buy a tv units staff behaviour is good.my tv unit delivery date 8/4/2022 i received tv units previous date 2/4/2022 delivery staff are so good I am satisfied for home town first visit but tv units not adjust floor properly after delivery some scratches on my tv units.after delivery very bad experience.quality not good

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A truly fraud store with false commitment , non customer friendly and irresponsible behaviour of stuffs .I purchased one KurlOn spine therapy mattress on last 13.03.2022 and they confirmed that the delivery will be done by 25.03.2022 . When I connected their reply was like that it may take some more time to some extend another one month indeed . The total transaction was done in advance and they are forcing us to round around them by and by with some fake commitment .
Please ignore this shop , an extremely bad experience I gathered .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As per my personal experience I am totally disappointed with Home town products. I had purchased one king size bed, one mattress, one outer for the mattress, bed sheet with pillow covers. Got two pillow FOC with the mattress July 2020. After few months the bed seen get detoriated its quality, with colour and the polishing as well even after regular maintenance. The bedsheet lost its coulour & texture after 1/2 wash with good quality detergent even. Regarding the outer its so much worthless that I can't even explain, its so uncomfortable & got discoloured & torned as well [washed gently with shampoo only].All these products are not at all value for money. I was misguided regarding its quality & pricing. Even tried to connect the HOME TOWN Nagerbazar outlet, they asked to call your Toll free number. Which I am not getting connected even afte being on que for hours. This well furnished & polished marketing brand can be so much down graded couldn't imagined. Attaching few pictures of those products as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't go by the glitter of the space and sugar talks by salesmen. They show good products in showroom and deliver defective ones. Then you will be left on your own to die following up with them, even if you make high value purchase. Pathetic to say the least.
